When I decided to put my house on the market, my real estate broker, Mary, told me that she thought we should put together a little book with photos of my home on the coffee table. This way, potential buyers would feel invited to sit and view the photos. I thought for a moment and agreed that it would be a great idea. It would help to “gel” the buyer’s memory of my home and hopefully bring in some offers. When I asked Mary who would be taking the photographs, she told me that I could use my choice for Los Angeles photographers.
