Deciding Which Brand of Inverter to Buy

I need to get some type of inverter, so I am looking into those made by the various companies looking for a good one to get. Right now I am checking out the reviews for Xantrex inverters since I know that a few people I am friends with use this type of inverter. However, I want to do my research to make sure I choose the best type for my purposes. I have heard good things about a number of different brands, so I figure they are worth looking into before I come to any final decision. Checking reviews will help with this.
