Developing Complete Learning Solutions That Work

    February 28th, 2010 by admin

When I first started training, I did not realize that I did not have a clue to what I was doing. I had taken in all the courses I had all the certificates and I thought I knew how to train. What I did not know how to do was teach. This is a lesson that I had to learn the hard way. It was not until I did a self-evaluation of so my previous courses. I talked old students and realized the information I was teaching was not getting through to those who took my classes. It was then that I learned I needed to develop complete learning solutions that will provide those employees in my class an opportunity to succeed. I felt it was only right that I hold myself responsible, and make a change.
