Having worked with a business coach, I can appreciate the support that they offer. My coach provided me and my co-workers with great leadership and teamwork skills. These skills developed, and they really made a huge difference in not only productivity but team morale as well. She also made me realize how important my role was to the company and how important all the roles are within the company. I no longer dreaded going to work, but it actually became a place of enjoyment and fun. The entire company seemed to benefit a lot from the business coaching we received.
