using bodyweight squats

i ma using body weight squats in my workouts these days and they seem to be workig out great. they are a challenge to do because you need to do soo many reps to get them to be effective. try doing like 50 of them in like 2 to 5 minutes it is really tough. ii like to use traditional weighted squats and then go to body weight squats after too. this will really burn out the quads big time. this is also one of those killer fat loss tips that you can easily understand and apply to your workout program.
