    Stretches for Lower Back Pain

    February 23rd, 2010 by admin

A back injury can cause you to be out of work or school for lengthy periods of time, but there are stretches for lower back pain that can help you strengthen your back and get moving again.  A common problem in lower back pain is an imbalance of muscles caused by focusing on certain areas and overlooking others.  This causes overcompensation of the stronger muscles, which leads to back pain.  In order to avoid this, be sure to work all muscle groups equally.  It is also important to strengthen your core muscles which support your back and allow for a full range of motion.
