    My Daughters Are Now Teenagers

    August 30th, 2010 by admin

My twin girls are now teenagers. I had thought that because they are getting older and more independent that they would no longer want to continue our tradition that we center around our holiday cards, but I was wrong. They told me that they are looking forward to it once again this year. We will make hot chocolate and then, along with their father, sit in the living room near the fireplace and read the cards. We will tell stories about the people who sent them. It is something that I have done since I was a child and I’m glad that they love it too.
