Getting Information on Household Waste

Not too long ago, my brother and his wife called me on the phone and asked me if I could give him any information on household waste management. It seems that he and his wife were having some issues at their home with some plumbing, and he wanted to call me before they hired a plumber to come out there. I didn’t know anything about plumbing at the time, but I do know that when you flush the toilet, everything should go down, not up. That was really the extent of my knowledge, and I was legitimately sorry that I couldn’t be more help.
