I had just started out in the real estate business and was getting worried that I would never sell my first home. The market had made it hard for first time buyers to find that perfect home in their price range. I had been working with a client for months, and was bound and determined to sell them their perfect starter home. They walked into this home that I had researched for them. The look on their face told me I had sold my first home.
