Are all Culinary Schools Equal?

I have always loved to cook. Since I was four years old, I have been working in the kitchen. My parents own a small mom and pop style restaurant, and I spend many hours there while growing up. My dream is to open my own restaurant, but I want to receive some sort of formal training. What I need to know is whether or not all culinary school offerings are equal or not. There is at least one option within the state that I live in, but I would like to investigate other options. This is especially important if there are big differences involved.
