Problem Solving Techniques

There is an old story about the issue of coming up with problem solving techniques. It seems that NASA spent around a million dollars to create the so called “space pen” which could write upside down. The Russian space program, which didn’t have the money NASA had to spend simply took a pencil. The reality of the story is a little more complicated than that, but what’s important to take away from this story is that problem solving is something that you can learn how to do. It doesn’t require you to spend a million dollars. It just requires you to think more creatively.
