What is Wrong with Wind Turbines

The Green movement toward renewable energy sources is getting a lot of attention now. With the depletion of oil no longer something that is seen as far off, there is a need to find a replacement and to find it quickly. Wind farms are appearing onshore and offshore at record pace. The only real problem with wind farms onshore is finding the best locations. When choosing a location near a populated area there is growing concern about how unsightly they can be. Given the choice between what is considered to be unsightly vs cheap renewable energy, it would seem that the choice is obvious. Don’t look at the wind farms if you find them offensive.
